  52.     P:  An error message is shown when running the game
  53.         "A device attached to the system is not functioning."
  54.     S:  This means you are trying to run the game using Direct3D,
  55.         but you haven't installed DirectX 7.0a or later.

  60.     P:    The game performance is low when playing sounds, or some sounds seem to be
  61.     missing..
  62.     S:    Update your sound drivers. A 100% DirectX 7 compatible driver is required.

  65.   2.3 Input controllers (Keyboard, Joystick and Mouse)

  68.     P:    The controls seem to reset after a few seconds making it hard to steer.
  69.     S:    This is caused by a connected joystick which might not be correctly calibrated. Turn off
  70.     joystick input in the Options menu.

  72.     P:    My joystick doesn't seem to work.
  73.     S:    Exit the Sno-Cross game and enter the Configurations Program and enable joystick
  74.     input.

  76.     P:    My joystick isn't correctly calibrated and there doesn't seem to be such an option.
  77.     S:    Sno-Cross Extreme uses the DirectInput interface, which has it's own joystick setup/callibration menu.
  78.     This can be accessed from: "Control Panel->Game Controllers->Properties"

  87.     Taskswitching, also known as "Alt-Tabbing", is NOT recommended while running
  88.     Sno-Cross Extreme.  Depending on which operating system and graphic adapter are being used
  89.     graphical errors may occur and/or the game might become unstable.

  92.   3.2 Graphic cards

  95.     Some ATI Rage cards may display visible texture edges and lack
  96.     the abililty to display transparent polygons correctly.  This
  97.     might be possible to remedy by installing the latest drivers.

  99.     Some laptops using Neo Magic cards have problems starting the
  100.     game.  This might be possible to remedy by installing the latest
  101.     drivers.

  107.   In order to uninstall Sno-Cross Extreme, access "Control Panel->Add/Remove Programs".
